RETURN POLICY: Pre-made items can be returned within 3 days of delivery provided they have not been used and are returned in the original condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Some made-to-order items will not be eligible for return or exchange. If you are not completely happy with your custom order, please contact me as soon as possible upon delivery.
